in demo app, prog model > [actions section] > veto

Click on "Select TV Characters by sex" in the middle

prompt is rendered correctly initially; both 2nd and 3rd params are disabled 
until the 1st param is set

set a value for first param.  The field of the appropriate subsequent parameter 
becomes enabled, while the other is hidden.... so far so good.  However, the 
disabled icon is still visible.
