This _is_ a feature that v1's incode-platform had, we seem to have lost it
along the way.
For each feature, would show if visible and if so, whether enabled. If not,
would indicate whether explicitly vetoed.
The v1 implementation was part of the ApplicationUser, which made that object
slow to render. Probably should be a separate page/view model in v2.
