Fix For: 4.0.0
UI that allows to upload layout xml (in prototyping mode), to modify the layout
of domain object pages on the fly.
This operates on the layout caches, which we have currently 2 instances of.
First level cache is per domain object type (layout related Facet), the second
level cache is held by the layout service.
