Daniel Keir Haywood updated CAUSEWAY-4027:
------------------------------------------
    Description:
When recording commands, the end-user might accidentally record commands that
are not required.  Provide an action to allow these (one or more) to be
excluded.  This will change their state to EXCLUDED, and they will not be
considered as part of the command sequence.

Introduce a new 'excludedCommands' collection below the 'commands' collection.
The 'commands' collection should show those in a state of UNDEFINED or
EXPORTED.  Excluded commands are those in a state of EXCLUDED.

Only allow this functionality if replay support mode is enabled.
