Per http://cwiki.apache.org/CAYDOC/lifecycle-callbacks.html using callbacks in
Cayenne is a major pain. Need to provide API for easy creation of ObjectContext
with callback interceptors (callbacks configured per CAY-738). The implication
of this API is that the users must switch to ObjectContext.
