Splitting all leftovers from CAY-843 issue into a separate Jira:
* need to add a checkbox to DbRelationship panel to prevent automatic creation
of reverse DB
* Make sure "runtime" ObjRelationships are not created for POJO (possibly add
an FK field to enhanced POJO to support that for the enhanced variety)
