This is an improvement needed for those users who manage Cayenne stacks
manually in the app, starting and stopping them in the running app. A new
exception will be thrown on attempt to access a DataDomain after it was
stopped. A related issue is CAY-610 (it needs to be fixed to avoid EventManager
leaks on multiple cycles of Domain creation/destruction.)
