Previously Cayenne support for SQLite (http://sqlite.org/) wasn't possible due
to the lack of JDBC driver. Now there is one under BSD license:
http://www.zentus.com/sqlitejdbc/
So we should implement it for completeness (although I suspect a big subset of
unit tests would fail due to the DB and driver limitations)
