This is really a loaded issue. Please separate future issues into individual
JIRA issues.
I've addressed 1, 2, and 3, but 4 requires someone to generate an icon of the
appropriate size to appear in the menu. Given enough time, I'm sure I could
find the tools to do it, but it'd be best for somebody else. If you would
really like to see it happen, please open up a new issue for it. Otherwise, I
don't want to keep this one open just for that.
