Would it be possible to enable subtasks for JIRA issues? I think it would help keep track of the progress of multi-step issues much better than we've been able to do thus far.
Also, since Cayenne seems to have it's own JIRA installation, IMHO it would make sense to install some very good JIRA plug-ins that would make your life easier (if you want that :) ):
