Pending CAY-929 implementation, SelectQuery should generate outer joins for
flattened attributes. EJBQLQuery does already... this way missing dependent
records will still produce correct results. See
DataContextFlattenedAttributesTest.testSelectCompound2() - this test case will
need to match "testSelectEJQBQL" results.
