When using database-generated primary keys (auto-increment), Cayenne currently
does not log the values on insert. This makes it potentially impossible when
doing log forensics on a problem to uniquely identify the record that was
inserted. Cayenne will need to issue a second logging line, after the INSERT
line, to indicate the primary key returned by the database for that record.
