Ashwood 2.0 is a fork of Ashwood that I created to be able to maintain the
ashwood lib in case we need to make changes for Cayenne purposes. The first
such change is getting rid of commons-lang (CAY-1026). Ashwood 2.0 is already
available via Maven.
