I've just posted the artifacts and deployed the maven ones. It will
take some time to propagate to the mirrors. Hopefully Ari can chip in
with the marketing stuff. Re: the old news post, I suppose we don't
need to update it, but it looks a little odd on the front page and
will look more so in a stream of news entries.

Whoever ends up doing it, we should update the release date for the
3.0 M3 news post, too, since it never got one.
I guess the important part is to remember including date in the Wiki
article name this time, e.g "May 29 2009 - Cayenne 3.0M4 Released".
Doesn't matter if we update the old one.
