Currently the DataNode editor displays too much stuff when
"DriverDataSourceFactory" is selected, related to the password encoding
mechanism. This clutters the view, so we can organize it better. The idea is
the following:
1. Add a "Password Encoding" tab to the right of the "Adapter" tab.
2. Move "Password Encoder", "Password Encoder Key", "Password Location" and
"Password Source" from the main DataNode tab to the new tab.
3. Make sure the new tab is only active when the DataSource Factory is a
DriverDataSourceFactory and is not active for any other factory.
