cayenne 3.1M2 config

Hi

I understand that after migrating to cay3.1M2 the base of the 
configuration is stored in cayenne-someDomain.xml and the old 
cayenne.xml is obsolete?
I'm asking because Cayenne Modeller does not allow opening any other 
file than one with the name exactly 'cayenne.xml'.
