Rat tripped over a bunch of *.iml files (IntelliJ Idea project files). It is not an issue from the IP compliance POV (those are generated files, and can be added to rat ignores). But ideally we need to be excluding them from the release (by tweaking the pom for the source assembly I guess? We fixed the same problem in 4.0 at some point). Don't think this is a vote blocker tgough, so my +1 on the release.
