## What does this PR do? Modernizes the Cayenne website toolchain and presentation, replacing the legacy Gulp/Webpack pipeline with Hugo Extended and introducing Antora for versioned documentation. ## Details - Make Maven the primary entry point for development, production builds, link verification, and publishing, with managed Node.js, Corepack, and Yarn 4. - Build documentation for Cayenne 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, and 5.0 from the Cayenne repository, with full-text search across versions and Cayenne-specific Antora styling. - Preserve documentation archives for Cayenne 1.2–3.1 as legacy Antora components and replace bundled Javadoc with links to javadoc.io. - Upgrade to Bootstrap 5, refresh navigation and styling, and use Hugo’s built-in syntax highlighting instead of highlight.js. - Update internal links, redirects, licensing notices, and contributor instructions. - Add generated-site link validation and GitHub Actions workflows for verification and GitHub Pages deployment. ## Testing - CI is configured to run `mvn clean verify`, building the complete website and checking internal links and fragments with Linkinator. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
