@pnoltes most of the things were correct. I just went through it and indeed the 'updating a website' tasks is missing a few steps. I'll open a pull request for that. I think this PR is good to be merged. Since the [docs.md](https://github.com/apache/celix-site/blob/feature/update_after_release/source/docs/2.3.0/docs.md) is manually created, I tried to fill it in at my best.
