+celix_subproject(EVENT_ADMIN "Option to enable building the Event Admin
bundles" OFF)

Review Comment:
   > How does this work for the conan CI build?

First, we have `build_all` to enable all options. Second, we have
"Dependency Deduction Test" in conan_create.yml, in which we enable each option
(build_xxx) in turn.

   > Is every option enabled by default?

All `build_xxx` options default to be off. This is intentional.
In my day job, we deploy dozens (if not hundreds) of Conan packages
together.
All default off together with automatic dependency deduction prove to be
very powerful.
The ultimate downstream integrator only has to choose what he/she wants,
then will automatically get a minimal system fulfilling his/her needs.
