Generate a canonical Linux/Release full-feature Conan lockfile and CycloneDX 1.6 JSON SBOM using Conan 2’s built-in cyclonedx_1_6. The lockfile records the dependency resolution used to generate the SBOM; both are published as CI artifacts and are not committed to the repository. The SBOM covers the canonical full-feature Linux/Release Conan configuration rather than a union of every Celix build configuration.
