We are ready to release cmislib 0.4.1. As discussed, this release removes the "incubating" designation from artifacts and cleans up a couple of minor release related issues with 0.4 (CMIS-310, CMIS-312).
The artifacts have been tagged in SVN as chemistry-cmislib-0.4.1-RC1.
