Resolution: Fixed
Both binding implementations use HttpUrlConnection. That is, the standard Java
proxy settings should work
(http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/net/proxies.html).
I have added the session parameters PROXY_USER and PROXY_PASSWORD and extended
the standard authentication provider.
