Have made all changes that will not break existing code (changed input variable
names).
Will fix createFolder and createDocument in PHPCMIS-0.2 (possibly with a
wrapper).
Also need to look at setContentStream.
For now, the outputs do not conform to the spec -- this will be fixed (possibly
with a wrapper) in PHPCMIS-0.2
