Add HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse to the CallContext

It would be helpfull to add the HttpServletRequest and the HttpServletResponse
to the CallContext the same way as the ServletContext is already available
there.
This would allow a server to access e.g. the HTTP session to store session
specific data.
