I agree for everything that gets released. But it still may be convenient to
have a log configuration in place while running the unit tests to get extended
debug information if a test fails. Or am I wrong here? I think it's also safe
as long as the log configuration is in src/test as this never makes it to the
final jar.
I do not expect that its difficult to find consensus on these questions but I
feel it would be good to have it written down somewhere.
