Add support for non-standard parameters for atom and browser bindings.
Non-standard parameters are currently only supported for the webservice binding.
Parameters could be query parameters or form parameters, depending on the
service and binding.
Non-standard parameters could be mapped to ExtensionsData, using only name and
value of CmisExtensionElement.
Can be split into subtasks:
- atom, browser binding
- client, server
