I have created an initial version of the necessary code changes.
So far this has been tested against an Alfresco 4.1.1 server and succeeded in
creating a folder on the server side. On the client side I leveraged
alfresco-opencmis-extension-0.4 during the test.
Can someone review this code and if it looks ok I can provide a patch?
