The spec doesn't define an exception in this case. Most repositories I 
know throw an invalidArgument exception here.

Hi all,

the current response for a getAllVersion call on a non-versionable
document results
in a

500<https://github.com/apache/chemistry-opencmis/blob/android/chemistry-opencmis-server/chemistry-opencmis-server-bindings/src/main/java/org/apache/chemistry/opencmis/server/impl/atompub/VersioningService.java#L109>.
I can't find any clear instruction in the spec, would return 
something else
(e.g. 204) break compatibility with the spec?
