The tck does not check capabilityOrderBy before setting getChildren orderBy.
??If the optional capability capabilityOrderBy is "none" and this parameter is
set, the repository SHOULD return an invalidArgument error.??
The tck does not accepts an invalidArgument error in this case.

CreateAndDeleteFolderTest
CreateAndDeleteDocumentTest
MultifilingTest
