Correct, it is a typo in the documentation for that method. The method
retrieves the value of the ATOM title of an object. That's not writable
directly through CMIS.
But if you are trying to set the cm:title property (defined by the cm:titled
aspect) you can use the cmislibalf extension
(https://code.google.com/p/cmislib-alfresco-extension/) which allows you to
get/set properties defined in an Alfresco aspect.
