Summary: Inject tagging facility before chunk is send to Solr

For Solr to map the facet correctly, some of the meta information needs to be
injected as part of the data transport to identify the hierarchical structure
of the data stream. Each chunk already has a tag string. It would be useful
to convert the tagging facility to JSON and create a dictionary to map data
type with meta data that needs to be tagged.
