Some minor improvements:
1. Scale login screen background to browser height
2. Resize the default Log Search widget to 1, 1 position
3. Define Log Search widget to work with extra small screen size
4. Define the minimum width of a widget
5. Clean up usage of tab with usage of space in index.html
6. Heatmap radius maybe too large to cause closest neighbor to interfere with
actual reading.
