I took the liberty to create a branch for solving this issue: branch-name =
726-UpgradeJena
The supplied patch was redone in this branch. Full build results in a
ConcurrentModificationException in unittesting component rdf.jena.tdb.storage.
A few things require might special attention:
1) Reifier is gone in Jena. So I removed DirectReifier from the clerezza code.
I don't know if this has any unexpected side effects.
2) Added missing implemented interface methods to TcDataset and TcDatasetGraph.
The added methods are completely empty. Again this might have unexpected side
effects.
How can I test if Clerezza still works as expected? I myself use only a small
subset of clerezza.
