I have done work on the following issues:

CLEREZZA-915
Basically it boils down to:
- Exposing QueryableTcProvider as an additional service besides
(Weighted)TcProvider
- Upgraded jena dependencies:
jena-core 2.11.0 --> 2.11.1
jena-arq 2.11.0 --> 2.11.1
jena-iri 1.0.0 --> 1.0.1
jena-tdb 1.0.0 --> 1.0.1
- Adjusted SCM section in parent/pom.xml to reflect the switch from svn
to git
- Adjusted to README.txt to no longer mention incubator
