DynamicForm functionality in FormTable.

Please add this DynamicForm functionality to the FormTable - since there is the
needed in most cases:
The FromTable to have a button: "add", that would add on click dynamically a
new empty row at the bottom of the table.
This would make the example from:
http://avoka.com/click-examples/table/edit-form-table.htm
obsolete, since the above pattern is simpler, takes less screen estate and is
also what most users are used to from other applications.
I believe the FormTable would be the best example for the the Dynamic From
functionality.
