org.apache.click.control.Column class contains escapeHtml property, that
applies to both: header cell content and data cell content.
So It is hard to make rich table header with images, span, etc:
If data cell's content should be escaped, then header cell's content will be
escaped too.
I propose new property
Boolean escapeHeaderHtml = null by default.
If escapeHeaderHtml == null then escapeHtml should be used for header cells.
If escapeHeaderHtml is true or false - this value should be used for header
cells.
