Fix For: 2.3.0-M1
RadioGroup is not a container and so PageImports is not rendering Radio HEAD
elements. This issue was highlighted when Ajax behaviors was added to the Radio
controls but no JavaScript was being rendered.
PageImports should explicitly cater for RadioGroup's Radio controls
