Resolution: Won't Fix
This won't be added to Click itself since it doesn't work in the majority of
browsers without JS hacks. If JS hacks is the order of the day then use JS to
change <input type="submit" to <button> tags.
CSS3 has also matured to the point where multiple backgrounds are supported.
