Disabling HTMLValidator is not working

Fix For: 2.3.0.0
ClickIDE disables HTMLValidator which is provided by WTP because *.htm files
are Velocity template in Click and ClickIDE provides the Velocity template
validator instead of HTMLValidator.
However it does not work in recent versions of WTP.
