click-control_es.properties is broken for Spanish locales.
It rewrites property click-version correctly defined in
click-control.properties as '2.3.0' in click-control_es.properties to '2.1.0'
so that Click 2.3.0 on a computer with Spanish locale boots displaying that is
version "2.1.0".
