CLIMATE-403 Please create a DOAP file for your TLP
Hi Folks,
Please see new file which addresses 406 and (nearly) gets us on
projects.apache.org.
All we have to do once this is committed is the following
checkout
```
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site-tools/trunk/projects/files.xml
```
add the following entry
```
<location>https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=climate.git;f=doap_CLIMATE.rdf;a=blob_plain;hb=HEAD</location>
```
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/lewismc/climate OCW-406
