We really need a download page as oppose to a hard link to a download mirror.
We need to provide signatures along with relevant downloads/releases.
It is also extremely useful and generally good practice to provide
advice/guidelines about checking artifacts against signatures.
This is not difficult but helps a lot in the download process.
