CLIMATE-457 added file cleanup to the Ubuntu 12.04 Easy Install script. When
testing this in the VM I encountered a problem with permissions (even when this
was run in the users' home dir oddly enough) with the removes. In an effort to
remove as many necessary sudo calls from the Ubuntu side of Easy OCW I think we
should move this to the VM initialization script. It will be one small step
towards completely removing the sudo requirement from the Ubuntu install and
place it in a less intrusive location since sudo in the VM is easy!
