Hi all,
I've merged Lewis PR to update frontend licenses and I've gone through the new
frontend code (ocw/frontend-new) and updated a number of the missing headers.
This should hopefully help us to address this. If you find anything else let me
know and I'll throw up a PR for it (or you can!).
