CLIMATE-533 Revisit mccsearch README making updates as required
Hi Folks,
OK, the following pull request
* Updates the mccsearch documentation to be more representative of current
state of codebase. I will most likely be adding to it based on how the issues
tagged with mcc search progress within Jira.
* removes the unnecessary .docx file... all of the content within this was
moved to mccsearch/docs/mccsearch.md anyway.
