Additionally, I suggest that we thoroughly test the egg which we would
download prior to pushing this with the next release of OODT.
N.B. It also bumps up the version of OCW to 0.5... which should have
probably been done after the release anyways.
One last thing, this is going to add to the release procedure for OCW... so
we should document this now rather than later on.
