This UnaryMetric is based on Figure 4 in Kendon et al. [2014] (Heavier summer
downpours with climate change revealed by weather forecast resolution model,
nature climate change). The metric is a joint probability distributions between
wet spell duration and peak rainfall intensity. The input for this metric is
hourly precipitation datasets.
