Per [~ploikith], the current Bias metric names aren't the most intuitive. At
the moment we have:
Bias - Calculates bias at each time step. Not terribly useful functionality
from an evaluation perspective.
TemporalMeanBias - Averages bias over each time step. AKA, what a climate
scientist actually expects "Bias" to mean.
SpatialMeanOfTemporalMeanBias - While not an inaccurate name, it doesn't
exactly roll off the tongue.
I will attach a list of changes that possible naming convention changes will
affect.
