I will say that netCDF4 is not listed as an installer in Anaconda 
(http://docs.continuum.io/anaconda/pkg-docs.html), but I got around that issue. 
 I was able to get the example you mentioned to work this morning.  I am not, 
however, able to start the server.  

"Sorry, the requested URL 'http://localhost:8082/' caused an error:
File does not exist. "
